We love your agenda of pushing diversity, equality and inclusiveness: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am most proud of having co-founded Equality Check and TENK, two organisations working to increase diversity in tech and the workplace. This is a cause that has always been very close to my heart and which I firmly believe can never be focused on enough.

What is the best advice you have ever received and will forward to others?
The best advice I have achieved is to be myself and not worry too much about failing. As you grow up you realise no one really knows what they are doing until they are doing it, and you learn your entire life. It is ok to fail, because its an important part of the journey towards success. So one of the most important lessons I have learned is to grow comfortable with is the risk of failing.

Do you have any role models, that inspires you?
I have many role models and I meet new people who inspire me every day. However, my mother, brother, sister, boyfriend and father are my biggest inspirations. I have had the privilege of experiencing their integrity, humor, smarts, love and grit throughout my life. I would not be the happy person I am without them, and they always make me aspire to be a better person.
